What is the latest time that we can submit an order for delivery in New Zealand?

2pm weekdays NZ time is the latest time (12pm Saturday), however if it is urgent we recommend calling us in case there are delays in retrieving the order from the Internet. Should you need flowers delivered outside of our normal times, feel free to call us to discuss.

Can I purchase gift vouchers?

Yes, we can sell online gift vouchers for use on our website. Please contact us to arrange, and we will forward you a voucher code by email.

What days can I get delivery in New Zealand?

Any weekday (other than public holidays), Saturdays in most areas. Sunday flower delivery may be available by prior arrangement.

Can I pick up my flowers?

We do not currently provide a pick up facility, and operate as a flower delivery service only.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free delivery around Tauranga, Mt Maunganui and Papamoa, with a $10 delivery fee for rural deliveries. Please enter the address post code when you order and our website will calculate any delivery fees.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Whilst we try to meet all reasonable requests for delivery times, it is not always possible, and we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. If your flower delivery needs to meet a deadline, please phone us to discuss. 

What is the cancellation policy?

FlowerPop cannot cancel or change orders already delivered or presently in route. If you find it necessary to cancel or change any other orders, please call us on 07 577 1083.

What is your substitution policy?

We attempt to have all flowers available at all times, however sometimes flowers are unavailable at short notice, for example when they are not available on that day from the market. In this case, we substitute with a similar flower at the same or higher value. Similarly, the exact colour of flowers shown on our website may not be available, in this case flowers may be substituted for flowers in a complementary colour.

What is the returns policy?

You may return any item for a full value on the item purchase price - excluding delivery fees, as long as the product is in its original condition and must not be removed from its original packaging. Return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your orders. We are unable to accept returns on perishable items.

Will I get a confirmation email?

You will receive a confirmation email for every order placed on our website. Because of the increasing efforts by Internet Service Providers and email applications to block "spam", sometimes our emails get "filtered" as spam unintentionally. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check your "junk" or "spam" email folder to see if it is there. If you still do not find it, call us on 07 577 1083 and we will resend it.

What are your operating hours?

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm Saturday: 9.00am - 2.00pm Sunday: Closed (Sunday flower delivery may be available by prior arrangement.)

You may place orders 24-7 via our website, email or after hours answering service.

Consumer Data Privacy Policy

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments through our website. Simply follow the prompts on screen to enter your details.

Should there be any issues confirming your payment you will be presented with an error message informing you of the issue (i.e. invalid card expiry date).

We use Foxycart for your online credit card transaction who are a Level 1 PCI Service Provider, which is the highest level of PCI compliance and certification.  We use DPS processing as the payment gateway and they transact millions of online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service. DPS Payment Express are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI DSS) compliant at processor level.

Payment card data

We do not have access to your full card number and we do not store your credit card details on our servers. All transaction details are stored by DPS in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre.

Our Location

We are a local florist based in Tauranga offering online retailing of flowers and gifts in the Tauranga region only, including Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Te Puke, Te Puna, Bethlehem, Omokoroa and Katikati.
